Rachael makes you feel like you are the only student she has. She remembers everything from previous lessons and builds on it perfectly. She helped me master the tricky one-way system around Bow and Mile End. Passed at Hainault first time.

Rachael was very supportive, especially after I failed my first test. She did not let me dwell on it and instead focused on what I needed to improve. Within two weeks I retook and passed. Her positivity is infectious.

After passing my test I did Pass Plus with Rachael. She covered motorways, night driving, and driving in bad weather conditions. It made me so much more confident on the road. Her approach to motorway joining and lane changes was especially helpful.
