Intensive courses are not for everyone, and that is okay. Here is how to know if this approach suits your situation.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Four hours might sound like a lot, but here is how we structure it to keep you fresh and learning effectively.

“I Want to Learn Fast, But I am Nervous...”
We hear this a lot. The idea of 4 hours of driving every day sounds exhausting and scary. But here is what actually happens:
Day 1-2 feels intense, but you are learning so much that time flies
By Day 3, things start clicking. Muscle memory kicks in
By Day 5, you are doing things automatically that seemed impossible on Day 1
The concentrated practice means less time forgetting between lessons
Your instructor adjusts the pace. if you need a longer break, you take one
Many nervous learners actually prefer intensive courses because it is like ripping off a plaster. Get it done in two focused weeks instead of six months of weekly anxiety. The choice is yours, but do not let fear of intensity stop you if a fast result is what you actually need.
Frequently Asked Questions About Intensive Courses
How quickly can I start an intensive course?
Usually within 1-2 weeks, depending on instructor availability. During busy periods (summer, school holidays), we recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead. Call us for current availability.
What if I fail my test at the end?
It happens, and it is not the end of the world. We will book you another test as soon as possible and provide additional lessons at a discounted rate to address whatever went wrong. Most people who fail just need a few more hours of practice on specific areas.
Can I do an intensive course without having passed my theory test?
Yes, but we strongly recommend passing your theory first. You cannot book a practical test without it, and you will get more from your lessons if you already understand the Highway Code. We can provide theory test study materials when you book.
Is 4 hours of driving per day too much?
It sounds like a lot, but we break it into two sessions with a proper break in between. Most students find they actually prefer this to weekly lessons because they make faster progress and stay in "driving mode" rather than forgetting between sessions.
What if I need more hours than my package includes?
No problem. We will be honest with you about your progress. If you need extra hours, you can add them at our standard hourly rate. We would rather you pass than rush you through unprepared.
Do you guarantee I will pass?
No driving school can genuinely guarantee a pass. what we can guarantee is that you will be properly prepared. If we do not think you are ready, we will tell you honestly and work with you until you are.
Can I split my course over two separate weeks?
We do not recommend it as you lose the benefit of consecutive practice. However, if you have unavoidable commitments, we can sometimes accommodate a short break. Discuss with us when booking.
Before You Book
Make sure you meet these requirements:
- Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence
- Have passed your theory test (or book before starting)
- Be available for 4+ hours of lessons per day
- Be able to commit to consecutive days of learning
- Have accommodation nearby if travelling from outside London
