You never pay to receive a student. You pay a single £30 per student (£25 with a DriveThruL roof sign), and only if they actually become your pupil. Here is exactly how it works.
You never pay to receive a student. You only pay a single £30 fee, and only if the student actually stays with you.
Days 1–14
Free window. Nothing to pay while you see if the student starts.
Day 14
A small amount starts to build if they stay with you.
Day 21
Builds again as the student becomes your pupil.
Day 28
Full one-time fee. Only ever charged once per student.
It is a one-time fee per student, never weekly or monthly.
If they never respond or do not start, you pay nothing. Just tap to report it.
If the student pays their own £30 deposit, your fee drops to £0 automatically.
If a student leaves after a lesson or two, report it and your fee is reduced.
No. Receiving a student costs nothing. The fee only ever applies after a student becomes your pupil and stays past the free window.
It is one fee that builds up over time instead of landing all at once. For the first 14 days you owe nothing. If the student stays with you, a small amount builds: £5 at day 14, £17 at day 21, then the full fee at day 28. It is a single fee per student, never weekly or monthly.
On the student's card in My Leads, tap "Student not responding" or "Student cancelled". You pay £0. You are never charged for a student who does not turn into a real pupil.
Then your fee is wiped to £0. The student deposit is the school's payment for that lead, so you owe nothing.
Report it from the lead card and your fee is reduced. You are not charged the full amount for a student who left early.
In your dashboard under Lead Fees: by card, by bank transfer, or from your deposit credit. The full £30 only becomes payable at day 28 if the student is still with you and no deposit was paid.
Start receiving students near you. You only ever pay when a student stays with you.
